Financial Services Organization searching for an individual with a Bachelor's degree and 5 plus years compensation experience. Duties include:Analyze and evaluate exempt and non-exempt positions to ensure a consistent and equitable establishment of job standards and worth; and will guide and assist managers in preparation of job descriptions; includes editing and revisions as necessary. Comp Consultant will also negotiate salary levels with managers, conduct and participate in surveys evaluating national, regional, and local data to determine the company's competitive position; and will audit and reconcile stock option transactions including preparation of monthly reporting to Accounting. Additionally, they will assist manager's in the preparation of Incentive Plan documents, including the review of payments made under the plans; and audit Compensation for individuals, job groups and salary levels to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws; as well as administer the Deferred Salary Program.
